Language Requirements:

• Languages we need : German & English (2 vacancies), French & English or Italian & English (2 vacancies). Priority is German speaker.
• Candidate are required to have professional working proficiency (C1/C2) at least in the relevant language; anything lower then professional proficiency will not be considered for language specialist roles
• ALL candidate must have professional proficiency in English (C1/C2) – written and spoken

The ideal Candidate would be :

• Already residing in Mexico and has the required paperwork that allows them to Live and work OR great candidates seeking sponsorship
• Proven track record in EU leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries
• Experience in travel retail or Tour operator environment essential
• Someone that is a globetrotter in their personal capacity – and shares a passion for travel (can speak from experience)
• Hungry for commercial success
• Energized to work in a team and share new ideas, improve processes and ways of working.
• Enjoy working in an international environment
• Strong communication skills and love to deliver excellent service and quality on a daily basis
• Able to use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members
• Energetic and motivated team player who enjoys the challenge of achieving and exceeding goals.

40 Hours per week

Shifts : Mexico – times below are GMT

15.00 – 02.00 (Early)

19.00 – 04.00 (Middle)

21.00 – 06.00 (Late) – at least 1x per week

Rotation either Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu – depending on business needs

Extra days worked on festive days may be collected as a lieu day (or noted as Overtime)
